Right of withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and has, tooks the physical possession of the last good. Effects of withdrawal

These refunds will be made by using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless it is expressly required an alternative method. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of your request for reimbursement. Refund may be suspended until receipt of products, or until the Customer has demonstrated shipment for the return of the goods, if previous. The costs associated with the return of the items will be borne by us.

We will refund you the cost of goods within 7 working days.
