Alpenplus provides free return service with postage at our expense. For each purchase made you can request the return within 30 days, do not forget to specify the reason.
Return management
- The product::
- - should not be used or washed;
- - should be intact;
- - Should not have suffered any damage;
- - Must have the tags on and the original packaging (if any);
- - Must not show any kind of stain or scent.
Any defects in the product must be declared promptly.
Alpenplus reserves the right to reject the return of products that do not comply with the above conditions.
How to get the return:
Send an email to info@alpenplus.it indicating your name, surname, order number and reason for the return.
Alpenplus will send the courier who will collect the goods to be replaced at no cost to the customer.
Refund and timeline:
Refund will be made no later than 7 days through the same payment channel used. The refund timing varies according to the method chosen when ordering. Alpenplus will send the courier in order to pick up the goods to be replaced without any charge for the customer.
Free size change service:
Free size change within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods. It is therefore possible to change or replace the size, color or model of the purchased product with any other product of equal value. In case you choose an item of a higher amount, It will be necessary to pay the difference. The postage shall be borne by Alpenplus. It will be our care to send our courier who will proceed to pick up the goods to be replaced.
Product Liability:
Upon products delivery, the Customer is required to check that: the number of packages corresponds to the order placed, the packaging is intact and not altered including the closing strips. In case of tampering and/or breaks the Customer must’ immediately challenge the shipment and/or delivery adding the word “Subject to control goods” on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or another operator. The customer is required to report any damages within 48h of receipt of goods by e-mail info@alpenplus.it
